The purpose of these speeches is to provide the necessary guidelines for the implementation of the Policy. This is why the importance of each of the axes (Ethical Culture, Inclusion, Sexual\/Workplace Harassment, Organizational Culture, People Management, and Audit Functions) will be highlighted both for the operation of the SAI and for the achievement of its tasks in a successful way, allowing the gender approach to permeate within the institution in a transversal way. This coming Wednesday, May 4 will begin the series with the axis of Ethical Culture as the precursor of this great activity. On this occasion, we will have the participation of Tamara Loyola, Integrity Officer of SAI Chile, and Marco P\u00e9rez, Network Manager of the Alliance for Integrity (GIZ) in Mexico and the Andean
