es CTIC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"entry-title\">Tecnolog\u00edas de informaci\u00f3n y Comunicaciones \u2013 CTIC<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"post-content\">\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n de las Tecnolog\u00edas de Informaci\u00f3n y Comunicaciones de la OLACEFS (CTIC) es un \u00f3rgano t\u00e9cnico de car\u00e1cter permanente, constituido por Resoluci\u00f3n 007-2002-AG de la XII Asamblea General, destinado a prestar asesor\u00eda a la Organizaci\u00f3n en los temas vinculados a las Tecnolog\u00edas de Informaci\u00f3n (TICS).<\/p>\n<p>Son objetivos de esta Comisi\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Asistir t\u00e9cnicamente a las Entidades Fiscalizadoras Superiores (EFS) en cuestiones espec\u00edficas vinculadas a las TICS;<\/li>\n<li>Desarrollar herramientas que fomenten la utilizaci\u00f3n de TICS en la comunidad OLACEFS<\/li>\n<li>Impulsar en las EFS la aplicaci\u00f3n de las Tecnolog\u00edas de Informaci\u00f3n y Comunicaciones<\/li>\n<li>Facilitar el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n y experiencias entre las Entidades;<\/li>\n<li>Asesorar a los Comit\u00e9s T\u00e9cnicos Coordinadores a cargo de los temas objeto de debate en las Asamblea Generales Ordinarias en temas relativos a las Tecnolog\u00edas de Informaci\u00f3n;<\/li>\n<li>Proponer proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n a las EFS miembro;<\/li>\n<li>Publicar directrices y otro material
