{"id":3814,"date":"2023-06-14T14:56:14","date_gmt":"2023-06-14T14:56:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/olacefs.com\/gtg\/?p=3814"},"modified":"2023-07-11T19:25:29","modified_gmt":"2023-07-11T19:25:29","slug":"con-exito-de-desarrollo-el-taller-de-seguimiento-y-monitoreo-de-la-politica-sobre-igualdad-de-genero-y-no-discriminacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/olacefs.com\/gtg\/con-exito-de-desarrollo-el-taller-de-seguimiento-y-monitoreo-de-la-politica-sobre-igualdad-de-genero-y-no-discriminacion\/","title":{"rendered":"CON \u00c9XITO DE DESARROLL\u00d3 EL TALLER DE SEGUIMIENTO Y MONITOREO DE LA POL\u00cdTICA SOBRE IGUALDAD DE G\u00c9NERO Y NO DISCRIMINACI\u00d3N"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Grupo de Trabajo sobre Igualdad de G\u00e9nero y No Discriminaci\u00f3n llev\u00f3 cabo, los d\u00edas 5 y 6 de junio el Taller de Seguimiento y Monitoreo de la Pol\u00edtica sobre Igualdad de G\u00e9nero y No Discriminaci\u00f3n en San Juan, Puerto Rico.<\/p>\n<p>El evento reuni\u00f3 a las EFS de la OLACEFS miembros del GTG \u2013 Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, M\u00e9xico, Paraguay, Puerto Rico y Uruguay &#8211; m\u00e1s EFS invitadas \u2013 El Salvador, Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, Venezuela- que est\u00e1n llevando a cabo el proceso de implementaci\u00f3n de la Pol\u00edtica. Este instrumento busca ser flexible para adaptarse a la realidad de cada pa\u00eds, siendo una gu\u00eda que acompa\u00f1e a las EFS a disminuir las brechas de desigualdad, promoviendo as\u00ed una cultura de mayor respeto en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>A un a\u00f1o y medio de la aprobaci\u00f3n de la Pol\u00edtica sobre Igualdad de G\u00e9nero y No Discriminaci\u00f3n de la OLACEFS son 14 (catorce) las EFS que se encuentran en el proceso implementaci\u00f3n, de ellas, 7 (siete) han finalizado el proceso de Diagnostico Institucional y 2 (dos) ya cuentan con su Plan de Implementaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, era imperioso trabajar con base en el mecanismo de seguimiento y monitoreo establecido para la ejecuci\u00f3n y medici\u00f3n de la Pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n<p>En este entendido, el Taller de seguimiento y monitoreo tuvo como prop\u00f3sito compartir buenas pr\u00e1cticas implementadas por las distintas EFS en materia de G\u00e9nero, Inclusi\u00f3n y Diversidad, con enfoque especial en la Gu\u00eda de Implementaci\u00f3n, para levantar herramientas que permitan operacionalizar los indicadores.<\/p>\n<p>El evento fue llevado a cabo en dos jornadas de trabajo, en el primer d\u00eda cada persona representante -por EFS- tuvo la oportunidad de actualizar en panorama de g\u00e9nero dentro de sus instituciones y compartir experiencias. As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n, en una din\u00e1mica de \u201ccitas r\u00e1pidas\u201d las personas participantes hicieron \u201cmatch\u201d con las iniciativas adoptadas por las EFS con el prop\u00f3sito de transversalizar la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero en el quehacer de sus instituciones.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, en la segunda jornada del Taller tuvo un enfoque de trabajo en mesas donde las personas representantes discutieron sobre aquellas recomendaciones y su mecanismo de medici\u00f3n que mejor pueden ser llevadas a cabo, aquellas que requer\u00edan ser modificadas y propusieron otras recomendaciones para ser consideradas en la actualizaci\u00f3n de la Pol\u00edtica que entregar\u00e1 el GTG al finalizar su periodo como Grupo de Trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Revisa las im\u00e1genes del Taller
