{"id":5112,"date":"2024-11-13T14:56:42","date_gmt":"2024-11-13T14:56:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/olacefs.com\/gtg\/?p=5112"},"modified":"2024-11-13T14:56:44","modified_gmt":"2024-11-13T14:56:44","slug":"la-cgid-presento-avances-en-politica-de-igualdad-de-genero-en-el-marco-del-programa-mujeres-en-el-liderazgo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/olacefs.com\/gtg\/la-cgid-presento-avances-en-politica-de-igualdad-de-genero-en-el-marco-del-programa-mujeres-en-el-liderazgo\/","title":{"rendered":"La CGID present\u00f3 avances en pol\u00edtica de igualdad de g\u00e9nero en el marco del Programa \u201cMujeres en el Liderazgo\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Del 4 al 8 de noviembre se llev\u00f3 a cabo la Segunda Edici\u00f3n del Programa de Intercambio \u201cMujeres en el Liderazgo\u201d, organizada por el Tribunal de Cuentas de la Uni\u00f3n (TCU) de Brasil, en su rol como presidente de la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional de las Entidades Fiscalizadoras Superiores (INTOSAI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta edici\u00f3n del programa estuvo dirigida a mujeres que ocupan o aspiran a ocupar roles de liderazgo en Entidades Fiscalizadoras Superiores (EFS), vinculadas a la Organizaci\u00f3n de Entidades Fiscalizadoras Superiores de la Comunidad de Pa\u00edses de Lengua Portuguesa (OISC-CPLP) y a la Organizaci\u00f3n Latinoamericana y del Caribe de Entidades Fiscalizadoras Superiores (OLACEFS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la Comisi\u00f3n de G\u00e9nero, Inclusi\u00f3n y Diversidad (CGID) de OLACEFS, presidida por la Auditor\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n Argentina (AGN), se realiz\u00f3 una exposici\u00f3n sobre las principales herramientas para transversalizar la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero en las instituciones, as\u00ed como los mecanismos de diagn\u00f3stico y evaluaci\u00f3n de necesidades. La presentaci\u00f3n, que tuvo lugar el 8 de noviembre, estuvo a cargo de la Lic. Mar\u00eda Lucrecia Pachano, Coordinadora Estrat\u00e9gica de la CGID, y la Lic. Mar\u00eda Graciela Otegui, Coordinadora T\u00e9cnica de la CGID, quienes abordaron la implementaci\u00f3n de la Pol\u00edtica de G\u00e9nero y No Discriminaci\u00f3n en las EFS de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, Pachano y Otegui presentaron un informe de avance sobre la aplicaci\u00f3n de esta pol\u00edtica, que ha contado con la participaci\u00f3n activa de 15 EFS de OLACEFS: Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, M\u00e9xico, Nicaragua, Panam\u00e1, Paraguay, Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, Uruguay y Venezuela. Este informe evalu\u00f3 la implementaci\u00f3n de las recomendaciones de la Pol\u00edtica de G\u00e9nero y No Discriminaci\u00f3n, identificando \u00e1reas avanzadas y se\u00f1alando aspectos prioritarios para fortalecer en el futuro. A tres a\u00f1os de su puesta en marcha, se destac\u00f3 que el 73% de las EFS han implementado m\u00e1s del 50% de las recomendaciones, incluyendo 6 EFS que han cumplido m\u00e1s del 60%. Adem\u00e1s, cerca del 70% ha cumplido con las recomendaciones en el eje de \u201cCultura \u00c9tica\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta Segunda Edici\u00f3n del Programa de Intercambio reafirma el compromiso de INTOSAI y del TCU con la igualdad de g\u00e9nero, promovida desde los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) de Naciones Unidas, especialmente el ODS 5 (igualdad de g\u00e9nero y empoderamiento de las mujeres) y el ODS 16 (promoci\u00f3n de instituciones inclusivas y eficaces).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El programa tambi\u00e9n se centr\u00f3 en el intercambio de experiencias entre mujeres l\u00edderes y aspirantes de las EFS, con el fin de identificar desaf\u00edos y oportunidades en su desarrollo profesional, y compartir buenas pr\u00e1cticas de inclusi\u00f3n y equidad de g\u00e9nero.
