Open call for Consultancy to assess the communication environment of the UNCAC-Chile Anti-Corruption Alliance

Consultoría para evaluar el ámbito comunicacional de la Alianza Anticorrupción UNCAC-Chile

The Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic of Chile and the Latin American and Caribbean Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (OLACEFS) call on people with training in the area of communications, as well as related others, to provide the consulting service for the Executive Coordination of the UNCAC-Chile Anti-Corruption Alliance in the evaluation of that body’s scope of communications.

The natural persons or legal entities concerned must comply with the following conditions:

· Professional training (of the consultant or designated work team) in communication areas, as well as related areas.

· Desirable 5 years of verifiable experience in the provision of consulting services in digital marketing, graphic design, and business intelligence. Priority will be given to the consultancy or the candidate(s) with experience in projects with government agencies and organized civil society.

· The differential will be the verifiable professional experience in providing consultancy services to international organizations, as well as in the field of external government control, public governance, accountability, and/or access to public information.

· Priority will be given to verifiable professional experience in the development of projects or accompanying initiatives linked to the promotion of integrity and the fight against corruption.

 

The consultancy service provider shall demonstrate the following competencies:

· Excellent writing skills.

· Analytical skills and synthesis capacity.

· Flexibility to work within deadlines and act under pressure.

· Collaborative work with good interpersonal skills.

· Adaptability to change

· Effective communication
