The Latin American and Caribbean Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (OLACEFS) calls on individuals to submit proposals for the design, development, and validation of different variables that allow the construction of a set of public governance indicators, a fundamental tool for the evaluation and improvement of governance and public accountability systems, as well as the training and formation of a group of SAI staff that allows for the continuity and follow-up of the initiative.
Interested persons shall demonstrate:
· Academic preparation (Master’s/PhD) in economics and public policy;
· Advanced knowledge of the Spanish language;
· Advanced knowledge in the use of Excel and macros;
· Minimum 5 years of experience in regional and international consulting;
· Experience in organizational development, preferably in public finance;
· Experience in carrying out institutional diagnostics;
· Results-oriented;
· Outstanding writing skills; and
· Advanced knowledge of the English language is desirable.
It is requested to submit:
· Portfolio of work carried out regarding the above, together with the respective financial proposal; and
· Presentation of the team involved and its qualifications regarding the above, together with the respective technical and financial proposal.
