The Latin American and Caribbean Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (OLACEFS), through the Capacity Building Committee (CCC) and in collaboration with the German Cooperation, through the GIZ, invites all stakeholders to submit proposals to develop the instruction and mentoring service for the development of geospatial skills for public control.

To participate in this process, you must submit a technical and economic proposal as defined in the Terms of Reference (in Portuguese). It should be noted that economic proposals should be submitted exclusively in United States dollars (USD). Likewise, payment for the service will be made in the same currency.

Those who wish to participate must demonstrate an advanced command of the Portuguese language.
