The Latin American and Caribbean Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (OLACEFS) calls on natural persons or legal, entities with recognized experience in Computer Science, Informatics, and the like, to apply for the consultancy that has as its main objective to support the team of the Court of Auditors of the Union (TCU) of Brazil, responsible for coordinating the APRIL (Análise de PReços de Itens de Licitações) in the development of natural language processing algorithms (NLP) to implement and provide a benchmark of drug market prices to facilitate the comparison of prices estimated by the purchasing agency with the history of winning prices in procurements of the same item, facilitating the identification and calculation of overpricing.

Interested parties must meet the following conditions:

• Oral and written fluency in Portuguese;
• More than 5 years of experience in the complete development of scripts, in Oracle SQL and SQL Server, for obtaining, transforming, and preparing the variables chosen in an ABT – Analytical Base Table;
• More than 5 years of experience in describing descriptive statistical analyses and statistical tests;
• More than 5 years of experience in developing machine learning in Python 3;
• Professional experience, including experience with Brazilian government institutions.
