The SAI of Peru extends an invitation to International Forum “Corruption under the magnifying glass”

Within the framework of the “International Day against Corruption”, the Comptroller General of the Republic of Peru is organizing the International Forum “Corruption under the magnifying glass,” which will be attended by national and international experts on anti-corruption issues, as well as Supreme Audit Institutions of the OLACEFS region.

The welcoming remarks and presentation will be given by Econ. Nelson Shack, Comptroller General of Peru and President of OLACEFS. Marta Acosta Zúñiga, Comptroller General of Costa Rica, will be present in the panel of experts, while Econ. David Rogelio Colmenares, Superior Auditor of the Federation of Mexico, will give the closing remarks.

The international forum will be held on December 7 at 9:00 a.m. (UTC-5) at the headquarters of the National School of Control of the Comptroller General of the Republic of Peru, and will be broadcast live, with prior registration.

The forum will also present the National Anti-Corruption Observatory of the Supreme Audit Institution of Peru, which aims to contribute, from the field of scientific research to understanding the phenomenon of corruption and functional misconduct in the public sector, as well as improving and innovating government control processes, and contributing to the improvement of decision-making in order to strengthen the prevention and fight against corruption in the country.
