OLACEFS, through its Capacity Building Committee (CCC), and the INTOSAI Development Initiative (IDI) invite the region’s Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) to apply for two major institutional-strengthening initiatives: “Planning for Audit Impact” and “TOGETHER – Component 1: Fundamentals of Human Resource Management”. Both calls aim to support SAIs in developing key capabilities for more strategic, effective, and results-oriented management.
The “Planning for Audit Impact” initiative aims to strengthen systems and processes for developing strategic and annual audit plans with an impact focus, and will select up to 10 SAIs to participate. Meanwhile, “TOGETHER – Component 1” will support up to 8 SAIs in strengthening the fundamentals of human resources management through professional training, technical support, and workshops.
In both cases, interested SAIs must submit their expression of interest by July 3, 2026. In addition, an Open House information session will be held on June 18, 2026, to present further details on the initiatives and answer questions.
These calls represent a valuable opportunity for OLACEFS SAIs to continue strengthening their institutional capacities, to promote audits with greater impact, and to advance more robust and inclusive organisational management.
